Was your return accepted?  If your return has been accepted then only the IRS (or State) would know when you will receive your refund.

Once you receive confirmation that your federal return has been accepted,
you'll be able to start tracking your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site.

If you have a State refund, you can check your State’s website.
