I think it’s all the refunds coming from turbo tax. We all need to find new tax preparer software.

I think it’s the turbo tax prepares that getting this. I’ve been doing taxes same kids for 4 years and this is the first time for me. Something must be wrong with turbo tax.

Last year was the first time the status bar disappeared and I did not have any issues with getting my refund. This year may or may not be a coincidence. The IRS had a late start this year due to having to change their systems around for those who had to file to get their second stimulus check. I was on the IRS.gov website about 30 minutes ago and they have a message stating that there have been delayed status updates. Some people may still have the received status even after they get their refund.

This is a screenshot from the IRS website. I did read last month that anyone filing with EIC, EITC or CTC SHOULD expect their refund in the first week of March. If their depositing schedule has not changed then it should come on Wednesday's or Friday's. With tomorrow being Friday and being the last depositing day of the week I am hoping mine shows up. I am by no means an expert on the subject; I just read a lot. My answer is a educated guess from past experience and from what I have read on their website. I hope it has helped. @bperez2011 yes I did, however, so did my mother and she file a week after me and still received her taxes a week ago exactly. I read on the IRS website that EIC and CTC filers who file early will receive their DD on Friday 2.5.21, however if that is the case then why did my mom receive her refund already (she went through liberty tax, who ive always went through before 4years ago and never an issue); in addition i still dont even have a Deposit date on TurboTax nor WheresMyRedund..

2ND YEAR IN A ROW HAVING TO WAIT FOR TURBO AND NO ANSWERS STILL!!!

@Compton217 @ Thank you, this has been the most helpful yet! I read a lot also and i read the same anyone filing with EIC or CTC should get DD 1st week of march, but my mom filed a week after me with EIC and CTC also and already received hers last Wednesday. I also read that this year they are depositing them everyday except Sundays unlike prior years, which im not sure how true any of this is being the situation with my mom proved not to be true, and that is info directly from IRS website!

However, your response makes me more hopeful that TurboTax Isnt the issue for me this year, so thank you so much for that, I am hoping to get my refund tomorrow as well! This is first time filing with turbotax and I didn't file 1/29/2018 this is first time 2021 why blue/bar line is fill up and I went to the irs where my refund and still processed

Well I woke up checked my account and its still not there... Day 21. IRS WMR page says "Still processing " . wow getting worried for sure now.

Just got off the refund division at the IRS they said that my tax return was accepted until February 17th and that March 10th is 21 days since I filed but on TurboTax it says my refund was accepted to 2 13 2021. So now I have to wait for more days if nothing happens to call them back to see what's going on they told me that it wasn't enough time for processing so they couldn't see anything else in my account except for when it was accepted to the IRS

You had me so hopeful. Here it is Friday and nothing deposited. Been over 21 days now. I work with families who claimed EIC and they received their refund in February. At this point I'm going to day it's a TT issue. Should have just paid more and went back to my normal place. So very upsetting.

I'm a little on edge myself now. I had self employment deductions along with w2 income so idk if that threw a wrench in mine or not. I was very hopeful to have money this morning as well....

Hello every one, I talk to an agent today and let me know I would be receiving my refund on Wednesday. My status bar and topic 152 dissapeared on monday 3/1/2021 and the topic 152 came back yesterday. I really hope all off you get your refund on Wednesday as well

That whole shpiel about the bars missing because of some kind of lag or server delay is completely false… id even say it's a deliberate lie… the bars missing means your return is flagged and under review by a human as opposed to the computer.. Nine times out of ten you owe some type of tax debt, student loans, child support.. They will then siphon off what ever you owe recalculate your refund and put the bars back on with a message stating that some of your return had been redirected.. Sometimes they even put in there how much it was reduced..
