I filed my tax April 1. And still haven't received My Taxes and or Stimulus..... Who can help me with this problem

Need more Data.... Did you file a 2018 Tax return (if so did you pay or get a refund by check or direct deposit?)?

Did you file a 2019  paper or electronic return (IRS may not be processing paper returns, at least not quickly)?

So answer depends on more info... if you received a check refund or paid taxes in 2018 you may be waiting a while (the more you made the longer you will have to wait, IRS processing checks now based on lowest income first) if you got an electronic refund for 2018 you should see it soon.
