I got a message from TT support around 4pm est saying ours is a different issue than the one that has been resolved 🙄 said they're working on our issue, apologised for the frustration. Blah.
@Shanchele @Of course ours is another issue 🙄🙄 It’s called intentional deception. I took a screenshot of another post (from a TT employee) stating that their system wasn’t set up properly prior to Monday. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but when you LIE about it to us that’s where I draw the line. They must not have been brought up in a household like mine because lying gets you in more trouble. Go to Morgan and Morgan attorneys. You can look them up. Submit information about your claim

Everyone needs to call MVB Bank because that is the bank your refund will be going in!!! Call and ask where the advance is tomorrow. TT is still no help and Credit Karma still has no idea either!

@Pissedmomof5 First Century Bank is the one funding the loan and the money will only go to your forced newly created Credit Karma Spend Account. If we haven't received it by now I highly doubt we will get anything before our actual return is deposited by the IRS. If they screw that up I will spend every free hour I have doing whatever I can to make them pay for it.
@Shanchele at least you have heard something. My issue has obviously been resolved or I'd have my money, and I haven't gotten an email stating my issue is different, so like many others I've heard nothing at all. Was your email from support unsolicited or had you written to them first and that was their response email?
The routing number on your return is for MVB Bank that is who sends out the money. Check for yourself. I do hate that TT and Credit Karma Scammed a bunch of people and are just pointing the finger at each other. I am more than willing at this point to go to the news channels and My state reps because this is bull crap. I still have no email I did check the spam fold Also TT shorted my refund by a couple thousand and I double check the numbers with other tax companies. They also knew nothing about that.
@AimeeW where did it say how much was coming out of your refund for the advance. I'm sure none of us will get the advance but they will probably take the money out of our returns anyways and then they are going to have an even bigger problem!

I sent an email to the contact info someone from support posted here yesterday, but I never got a response from it-other than the confirmation and a case #.
@Pissedmomof5 That’s highly disturbing that your refund is off by that much in comparison to other companies. They probably found a way to pocket the difference. Nothing would surprise me at this point. You’re a mom of 5 so I’m sure you really needed this advance too. I’m sorry. I hate that so many of us are having our livelihoods messed with.
@Shanchele Maybe I need to learn how to use twitter 🤔 Better yet, maybe I’ll have someone that has 5k followers on their social media sites blast them. 🤬🤬
