I am to receive my tax refund on February 26 2020

I just got off the phone with them as mine was to be today as well and still nothing. They said it should be there by tomorrow morning and to call if I dont recieve, even told me they recieved it yesterday. I will never use turbo tax again.

So next time we will remember to have $100 and pay upfront instead of using the fed return to pay the fed filing fee, this is what happens it jumps banks then lands in our bank tomorrow  27th , we did not encounter this last year because this year the irs had about 1 week delay on all eitc and aitc that puts us a week later on receiving instead of last year was about the 21st of feb when we got our fed back . Its just the irs playing games catching thieves. We should see our taxes in our bank by 12am tonite

I have used  Turbo tax for 8 years this is the 1st time this has ever happened But I will not use  Turbo tax next year I am very disappointed Most people think its the IRS that is late and it's not it's Turbo tax holding up your refund

I have the wrong account number on my return and I have moved also what can I do need my money soon as possible

TurboTax does not receive any type of tax refund, Federal or State

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

You can try to get intouch with your bank and see if they can get the funds out of the wrong account in order to put into your account.

I just check https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/ and finally it is showing my routing and last digits of my account number... nothing deposited in my account yet... but here's hoping something is moving.

I don’t see account numbers on the TPG site either. I can see amounts they received, what they took, and what the “sent” to me, but I don’t see account numbers at all.

i've been checking all day, and finally 2 minutes ago i checked again ( on the banks website : https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/login ) and the routing number and last 4 of the account number showed up right under where it says ACH METHOD : DIRECT DEPOSIT.  Checked my bank still no update on the deposit, but it must be that they are working on getting these deposits processed. Hope this helps!
