I am not able to access my previous years tax returns. The drop down menu with the "documents" tab is non existent. how should i proceed?

After you follow the info in that other thread,  if you see no evidence of your prior returns in the "Your Tax Returns and Documents" section of that account, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.
