i have tried many ,many times to reach customer service on the phone. i wait on hold for 3+ hours  then just get hung up on . every time i try to activate my card , it tells me that i have the wrong info . you people should be sued for this problem . you push a product then hold peoples money with no hepl ......

@laneteresa91 Unfortunately, call volume tends to be very high for card services. Have you tried activating your card online at https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/?

You can either download the app to create an account to activate the card or sign in to your account.  

Please see the article below to activate your card.  

You can download the Turbo Card mobile app for free from the App Store or Google Play. 

With the Turbo Card mobile app you can: 

  • Check your balance and transaction history 

  • Locate an ATM 

  • Deposit checks* 

You can also Sign in to your account to see your balance history, track your spending, send money, pay bills, and more after you create a login.
