How long after verifying your identity , did you receive an update on your transcripts and receive a refund?

I filed on january 24th, accepted January 26th. requested a identity letter on the 22nd of February . received a 5071C letter from IRS on March 2. I verified on March 4th .  Today is March 8th and there's still no update on wheres my refund and the transcripts says not filed even though I filed in January.

Not filed means not processed, in this scenario.  You are working with the IRS to get your return processed.  The IRS is making sure that you are entitled to the refund expected and not someone else.

TurboTax is not informed of the status of your return, once the IRS accepts the return.  For Privacy reasons, the IRS does not share that information with TurboTax.  All refund inquiries should be made to the IRS in the future as they are resolving an identity issue for you.
