How do I recover Turbo Tax software to efile the completed 2019 Tax Return that is saved to pdf? TURBO TAX software disappeared.

Were you using  the ONLINE program ?    Or did you download and install the program ?

Downloaded from a CD purchased from Office Depot. Prepare and filed multiple return. One was almost done. One filed return and one in preparation was disappeared. How can I recover them?

When you use the downloaded version you are prompted to save the return everytime you close the program and you should save it periodically as you complete the return.... and you can save with different file names to differentiate them.    When you open the program the files should be on the landing page ... if they are not use the browse function to find them on the hard drive.

You have to sign onto your online account using the exact same user ID you used to create the account.

Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one).  Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If none of the user ID's received will access your account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
