How do I check the money on my card

This company  is a joke. I had a lawyer  call better business bureau  today on them. No phone number to call website does nothing, intuit card app doesnt work. The card itself doesn't  work.they send you to irs website. And irs said turbo tax never gave them my tax information  yet I did in February  and got a confirmation for. Nor did turbo tax give the irs my intuit turbo card direct deposit  information.  This company is a scam.

Idk but I was just sitting wjth my girlfriend and she got her 1200, and she has the same program as us. Everytime I call I get kicked off. I even tried IRS and they said info doesnt match from 2019 return when I got it 1/27 so there isnt a reason why. When my friend filed mid feb and just got her return. This country is going too **bleep**. ***Insert mad face here***. Im a single mom and im unemploymed waitress because of this whole nightmare!!

Yep i went into irs and filed everything from my 2019 return and even looked up the routing number and etc. And its no5 even in the IRS files. What the **bleep**. Sorry for bad language.
