How do I cancel my 2019 taxes I just filed... I dont want you to submit them

If you already hit the "Transmit Your Return", you cannot cancel them.  If your return gets rejected, you can make changes then re-e-file.

If your returns get accepted, you would need to amend your return to correct any errors.
