First, restart your computer.

Then, clear your cache and cookies.

Next, try and share your screen with TurboTax support again.

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

The agent can see your shared screen when you give the OK for them to see it.
