TurboTax offers an advance that is paid on a prepaid debit card, but only after you file a completed tax return and that return is accepted by the IRS. It’s basically a bridge loan for the three weeks it takes the IRS to process a regular refund. Since the IRS is not accepting tax returns yet, and you can’t file without your W-2, TurboTax does not offer any type of loan that meets your requirements.
