Help with Refund Advance?

If the irs does not accept returns until Jan 23rd, why did you start Jan 5th to offer the "refund advance" option if it was not available to get?

Yeah ... you did not read the fine print in the contract you had to apply to ...  but you may get lucky and get approved early in one of the test batches they will run this week.  Nothing you can do but wait now. 

And the reason they let you file early is simple ... to lock you into their program.  All the DIY tax companies do it.
