Has anyone received their 2022 Maryland refund yet?

It's been  over 2 months and I have not received my state return. One system states that they may have not received while the other states it's in the process. I'm confused and cannot get any real help.

It's been 2 months and 1 week you should be able to get help but nothing. If I owed it would be a different story!

SAME HERE! I'M CONFUSED TOO! NEXT YEAR I'M GOING TO A TAX EXPERT TO FILE AND LET THEM DEAL WITH GETTING MY REFUND! THIS IS PITIFUL!

It's been 67 days for me. I filed and it was accepted on3/5/22. It's now May 10th (67 days) and still nothing. I system states it's been received and is being processed another system states it may have not been received. Maryland is just awful. My first time filing here!!! Not happy!

What you suggested WORKED! I think everyone needs to do this. Send and email. Stay on their buttons. I'm finally getting mine!!

@Jon33 I know it’s frustrating but it’s not a TurboTax issue Maryland randomly selects returns for a quality assurance review. They do the reviews even if you went with a tax expert. If you still haven’t gotten yours contact the ombudsman via email, I Included all the information on how to contact them a couple posts up. After I did that I had my refund in 3 days! Someone else commented and they did what I suggested and received theirs too! Good luck!

I filed on 2/10, it was accepted by 2/12. I've emailed them now 4 times. Each time they told me to be patient they were working on returns. The last time (3 weeks ago) they said since it's been more than 60 days they would process it and get it through. It still hasn't gone through. So frustrating!!

I am still waiting 80+ days later. I filed electronically through turbotax, says return is accepted.

I have not received any letter or inquiry or communication.

All inquiries initiated by me to the tax help email address come back with a generic answer asking me to wait. 

I finally emailed ombudsman .. let's hope they can help.

Not like it matters, but as a common citizen I am stressed and frustrated.

I would greatly appreciate if others can share their experiences if you are waiting as well. Thanks.

I finally received my Maryland return a week ago on 6/3 at 7:30 at night. Odd day and time, I know. But it did finally come. I think you just have to stay on top of them. Email the tax help email address on the Maryland tax website. They’ll respond with some bs but it’ll put a note on your account and hopefully get pushed ahead.

@somveryfunnyperson  I am also in the same boat. Its almost 120 days and I have not received any letter or communication from them. All my emails to tax help just have same response to be patient and wait.

I had also sent an email to ombudsman over 3 weeks ago and still no response.

Imagine if I would have owed money to the state they would have added penalty and interest to the said amount.  This is ridiculous.

I noticed the same and started growing concerned. This thread is putting me at ease. I submitted my taxes on 1/21, and they were accepted on 1/23. My Fed should post by tomorrow, but no sign of the state.
