Form 8962
I have had my taxes rejected on a submission on 4-18-22. The reason stated was F8962-070, form 8962 or a binary attachment with description containing ACA explanation.
I opened the return and followed the tabs in turbotax. Resubmitting this morning. It was returned a second time with the same error message.
What do I do now?

If you tax return should include Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit but does not, it will reject with code F8962-070.
You’ll have to add a Form 1095-A to your return, TurboTax will automatically fill out Form 8962 once you you add the form.

Turbo tax is not giving me the option to add form 1095-A. There is a button to fix return, I pressed it then it wants me to resubmit. Did this 2X still comes back rejected by the IRS.

Yes, I had my taxes rejected because said AIG was wrong but that is not true. I have never had my taxes rejected with H&R block. This is my first year trying with turbotax and I wish I hadn't especially pay more for them then with HR block online. I will never use them again. I called and they said they have noticed glitch with their system this year.

If the AGI doesn't match the IRS record , the IRS will reject your return. Please check the link below and select the option that best describes your situation.
How do I find last year's AGI?

but it DID match my AIG and i even went to the IRS page and requested the return transcript to see if they had another number and it is same. I put the correct AIG and I've never had issues with prior tax years using H&R block.

I went and got into federal deductions under medical and answered the following questions.
- did I receive unemployment---No
- did I receive 1095-A---No ( I did not have Obamacare, I have private insurance thru Blue Cross Blue Shield)
I resubmitted and it got rejected again for the same reason?
