you are correct. however, form 2210 is not a form that is included in the e-file (unless a box in part II is checked) even if you select all forms and calculation worksheets it does not print
for the time being open the 2210 and select box b partial waiver. ignore any error messages. then you can print pages 1 and 2
don't forget to uncheck this box unless you really want to request a partial waiver before efiling

Thank you for the information. It worked for me. At this point I am just trying to understand the calculations and it seemed to me that having a printed copy to work with would be helpful.
