Fileds my taxes feb 3rd and it took me a bit to realise i forgot to add in my tax credit papers. So i amended them and added them in to send in.. Sent em in mid march or so and haven't heard anything

Do i just continue to wait? I sent in my 1040X and missing paper but a day after i sent it in i got the letter from the IRS stating to send my 1040E and paper. I didn't do anything wrong did i? I know they got my papers because i called them few days after
