Filed federal taxes 2/11 and Where is my refund can't give me status?

Turbotax says my 2020 federal return was accepted but I can't get refund status.  Told me to check with my tax preparer.  I gave them correct information, Social, filing status and refund amount.

It says that when, among other things, too many folks are checking it at the same time.
