I filed my taxes and was accepted on 3/9/2021 state accepted 3/10/2021. Anyone else with these dates receive a ddd yet?

Very few, if any. The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the extra stimulus filings, as well as a few million unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown. Also see:
