Federal will not download only my state will that I already mailed

I efiled my federal return and mailed my state return in. Now I am trying to print them both for my records. When I go to Tax Home, Your tax returns and documents, then click on download pdf under 2018 it only downloads the mailing instructions and my state return. No Federal. The Add a State button is gone now due to it being after deadline so there is no way to get back into my return to go to print center. Please help me with this issue.

Since you did not save a PDF of the return prior to the 2019 shutdown you will need to return in December when the 2019 program comes online. 

The online program is on a 6 week blackout while millions of 2018 returns are being archived.
