Federal refund send date of 2/24. I paid the extra to have the 5 days advance. Today makes 5 days early but nothing changed on turbo. Will I get refunded for no advance?

Same thing, and when you call customer service no one knows anything. And each person tells you something different.

so do they send refunds out on the exact day of your refund date or do they send out a couple days before so you can receive it on that day

I’m not sure, I know that if you have fees that need to be taking out they normally send it to sbbgt bank. But since we opted for the 5 day early option than it should have went to cross river bank.. but because we didn’t get it early I guess it’s a mystery one when we will receive it. I’m so confused on a lot with turbo tax this year. When you call customer service no one knows anything.

Same here. No one can tell us if it’s credit river bank or mvb bank! We haven’t used TurboTax in 3 years. I don’t know what made us use them this year. Well one reason was the 5 days early deposit which was a lie. They then turn around to say can’t refund you 5 days early. This is ridiculous. We definitely see why we don’t recommend them and will not be using again.

Mine say the 24th. I elected for early deposit and as of now they are not there....

Fingers crossed I get my deposit today I did 5 days early as well… Date 2/26 5 days early would  be today.

Yes, I usually get paid 2 days early as well with credit karma

I’ve always gotten my refund Thursday or Friday for the past several years. After Presidents’ Day, I don’t know it because of TT was unable to do by advance and holding something up. Can’t get answers anywhere guess this gotta be patient for a couple more days and see if it hits on the 24th

Nothing for us yet either. DDD is 2/24. We have fees coming out of refund, but sbgt is saying no account information am bd found. TT keeps saying they don’t know why. I asked well how are you all getting your money, if you don’t know anything.
