Federal refund send date of 2/24. I paid the extra to have the 5 days advance. Today makes 5 days early but nothing changed on turbo. Will I get refunded for no advance?

Same here.  Paid for 5 days early thru TT, it said pending this morning still.  About an hour ago it switched to refund sent with yesterday’s date.  I have contacted my bank and no deposit has been sent.

In the SAME boat as you. Probably filed and accepted on the same day as you, and paid for the 5 day early as well.

yesterday should have been the day I received mine, and NOTHING.

Don't offer something like that if you’re not going to give us what we paid for…

So, this morning our IRS transcript shows refund date of 02/25 and we paid for the 5 day early thing which would be today. We also use Chime, so I’m assuming we won’t be receiving our funds today? I’m so lost.

I'm having the same issue. My TurboTax says they sent my deposit yesterday. This only updated at 8am today. My bank says they haven't received it yet. All my information is the same as the last 5 years using TurboTax and never had this problem. My bank doesn't hold deposits either. Once they receive them they are available that day.

So I checked my transcripts at 1:30am this morning, And I had an 846 code with refund issue date of 2-25-2025, So I checked turbotax and it went from saying accepted to pending. I checked again an hour later and it now says that my refund was delivered and I

received it five days early. However, my funds are not in my account.  Why does it say? I received it five days early if it's not even in my account ? I'm not trying to pay a $25 fee if it's not even going to be in my account today. Because paying for 5 days early means it should be in your account five days early. I will never use turbo tax again or recommend it.

Ours just did the same thing. TT just updated to Refund 02/20 but we haven’t received anything. Our 846 code is also for 02/25.  I’m thinking maybe later tonight or during the night. At least that’s what I’m praying for.

I use chime too. I got my update this morning from IRS ddd 2/24. Turbo update hours after that they received my refund today. A few hours after that it was in my bank.

Turbo says estimated delivery 2/19 when I hi on my transcript it says 2/24 and when I go on irs website it says refund approved but it does not say refund sent

Okay everyone... I looked up the number for Turbotax customer support and just got off the phone with them. She said that on their end, they sent my money to my bank now I just have to wait for it to hit my account today. So to anyone who has a refund date of 2-25-2025 and signed up to receive it 5 days early, it should be in your bank account today. Hope this helps. The number I called was 1-800-446-8848.

My date is for 02/25, I paid for the 5 days early & mind you TT says on my account that I have received it today: 5 days early. It’s No where in my bank account at all…I have not received anything. Definitely feel it’s a scam.. but the fact TT states I received it today is definitely false…
