Federal refund deposit was considerably less than was stated. Will I get another deposit or should I expect no more?

My full state refund was received quickly after filing. Then yesterday I got a deposit for considerably less than what TurboTax said I would be receiving for my federal refund. When I tried reaching out to the IRS they told me they had no information to give me on the status of my refund. 

Should I expect the rest of the refund soon or what is going on? Is there a timeline on when I will be given more information at least?

The IRS does not notify TT when they make an adjustment and/offset, but it might be due to the stimulus or Child Tax Credit. The IRS will mail you a letter in 2-4 weeks.
