Failure to print returns

Print a copy of your tax return will not work.  I get a spinning disk for a short time but no printout on my printer.  I went back to TurboTax 2023 (from last year) and print out function still works fine. 

This needs to be fixed because I send in a paper copy of my state tax form, which I am not able to get. I am not paying $25 e-file fee to send in a state tax form for which I had no withholdings and owe nothing. The state still requires me to send this in.

Please let me know when I can print this out.

If you were in the FILE section, and indicated you wanted to mail your return, then clicked on the View/Print/Save option, a window should open and display your return in a PDF format.  

Is that not happening?  How about if you use the Print Center option under Tax Tools > Tools in the left-side menu (if using TurboTax Online)?

Click on View or Print Forms, then save the file as a PDF to your computer.

You can print your state return from the PDF.
