Since your direct deposit information was incorrect your refund could not be direct deposited.  When that happens you are automatically switched to receiving a check.

How long does it take to receive the check

@Kissbritt  It can take a week or two once they mail the check.  You can check the IRS website Where's My Refund, it should update when your Federal check was mailed.
