I tried to file married filing jointly. The same as 2019. I entered the Adjusted Gross Income from 2019. There is only 1 value since we filed jointly. I entered new PIN information for us both. Each is unique to each of us. The filing has been rejected 3 times. Do the PIN entries need to be identical?

No.

You can get free 2019 tax transcript from the IRS

If you filed late last year there is a good chance that the 2019 AGI never was entered into the e-file database. Try using 0 (zero) for the AGI.
If you filed an amended return use the AGI on the first filed tax return.
If it continues to reject then the AGI in the IRS database might be in error. Mail filing is the only option.See this TurboTax FAQ on how to find your AGI

The AGI information self populated from last years return. It would accept the information as valid. I replaced with 0 and the return was accepted.
I have 2 rejection notices after e- file. Neither return was efiled last year (2019). I took the suggestion to put 0 in the AGI because the IRS may not have entered the manual (non efile) AGI. IT WORKED!!!!!! Thanks for the suggestion .
