e-Filing with one (1) 1099-r ?

My federal return is very basic.  Just one W2, one 1099-int, one 1099-r, and one traditional IRA contribution for 2022 for $7000.

I know PA makes you send a printed return just because of the 1099-r.

TurboTax gave me no problem e-filing my 2022 federal return yesterday, and I got an email that says return accepted.

THEN, I looked at the printed 1040 for 2021, and it looks like I mailed a printed 1040 last year with copy b of the W2 and printed 1099-r.

At the bottom of the printed instructions for the 2021 1040, it says I can still change my mind and e-file it!  Confusing!

So with one 1099-r, can I e-file, or are they going to reject my now sent federal return?

Or, are they going to ask me to mail everything now?

Thank you!

No, you can e-file and you do not have to mail in a copy of your Form 1099-R, for your Federal Tax Return Form 1040.  You are fine.

Helpful Hint: Keep all of your documents related to your tax return together with a copy of your return.
