E-filing status discrepancy

On my first attempt to e-file both Fed and State. Both were rejected because I used the Amended AGI (from 1040x) instead of the original AGI. The status of the E-file rejection was reflected on both the Desktop Application and E-mail.  I corrected the AGI and E-filed again for the second time. Hours later, I received E-mail confirmation from Intuit that both Federal and State were successfully received and Accepted. However, the Desktop Application of Turbo Tax still says that my Federal is Rejected. I'm 100% that the AGI is correct. I checked IRS website and prompted to wait at least 24 hours to get a status. Has anyone experience this issue. What is the best way to move forward in this situation.
