Does anyone know what the entry on line 10 means on form 1040x for an amended tax return? The IRS is requesting this info but it was put in by TurboTax so I don't know it

Schedule 2 Part II lines 4-9 which you could have found out if you read the instructions for that line.

On a 1040X you must provide information on all changes in column B ... so if you have an amount on line 10 the very least you needed to send is the Sch 2.  Plus any forms or schedules that were added or changed.
