Do I have to file an amended claim?

Stuck on section asking for reason(s) for amending claim. I don’t think I can check any of the boxes. Can’t move beyond this section without checking a box

How would I do that? What is process? Feel like I’m trapped in a loop and that wasn’t an option

I never asked to amend. Already too late. Was a glitch and I had a horrible customer experience as a result I called for expert help and expect advised me to click a button that deleted entirety of claim. Had to start all over again. Asked to have supervisor call me and still no call back over a day later. Expertly wasted my time 😢
