Cancel Prepaid debit card

I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone to cancel my prepaid debit card. I don’t need it anymore and no one is answering me. The calls go on and on. I filed a complaint with the FTC and Federal reserve. I’m also in the process of filing a small claims lawsuit. This seems to be an issue with a lot of people. They take $4.95 out each month. Even when there’s no money, they still take it out. I encourage everyone to file complaints with the FTC and federal reserve!!!!

@susan6154 You are on Community, which is TurboTax's public forum.  On this forum we cannot cancel your Turbo debit card.  You would need to visit that website's Contact Us site.
