Yes you can always print and mail returns.

Why are you amending so many tax returns?  Are you a paid tax preparer?

If not, are you amending the same return over and over, as your many prior questions seem to suggest?  If so, you are likely to keep confusing the IRS, as each amendment will itself take several months to process.

Or amending different years?  You can only efile 2021 amended returns through Turbo Tax.

Yes I have been amending my 2021 return. I apologize. I have had a difficult time understanding the gambling reporting rules and just want to get the information right. I struggle with OCD and I fear if I accidentally underreport or overreport, I will face severe consequences. I will wait to submit a new amendment.

you'll never face adverse consequences if you overreport except that it will cost you some money.   generally, you're supposed to wait until a return is fully processed before submitting an amendment.
