just had some things come up in 2023 that i might have more questions on etc. I am pretty competent as I have done my own taxes with turbo tax for years, but might want to take advantage of the live assisted option since it's not that much more.

Yes, you can. If and when you need assistance you click the little icon in the lower right corner of your screen for Live Help>
