Can I amend bank information on a 2019 return? When I filed, I owed nothing and received nothing. Living overseas and need direct deposit of COVID relief.

The IRS is setting up a portal so you can enter your banking information to receive the Stimulus Payment as a direct deposit.

Here is a link to the portal Economic Impact Payments.

Currently, the portal is not ready to take your information, it is suppose to be ready later this month.
