Audit

I got audited this year. I recieved the letter and the very next day I sent in EVERYTHING they asked for. Their office got it two days later. I had it tracked that's how I know. How long does an audit take? I thought the faster I responded and sent in everything they asked for, meant faster audit. What should I except in this audit? I've never been through one.

how long it will take depends on how soon the auditor can get to it which no one can tell you.

yours is not the only one. they get assigned to an agent who takes them in order.
