I have been reading a lot of everyone's messages on this forum. I do have a question for you!! Before you came on Turbo Tax to file your taxes did you happen to go on to the Non-filers site with IRS.gov and complete that information first before you filed your 2019 tax return??

I go a fun one. I havent filed taxes in 7 years. (Shame on me I know)

however I did file my 2019. That aside I was married, got divorced, and kept my married last name and realized that this would actually be the first time I’ve filed with my married name, but I’m divorced. 
Add to this I have no clue what address I was at the last time I filed. Ive moved all over the states. 
so I get the same thing. “Still processing “and “payment status unavailable .“

I did put down direct deposit. ...however it is my boyfriend’s account, which I was told, while not ideal, it will be fine to use his checking account with full permission from him of course. 
I filed and got accepted the 23rd of April. 

with all that do I need to call?

That's not true you can still file and receive a refund after the deadline

I started and did not finish when I realized I had to file. So I got as far as an e mail from they saying finish filling it out, but of course I didn’t

Same here, I've been waiting for my tax return, and I check my refund status almost every day but still being processed, Are they going to process it for ever, I am in a bad need of my tax retur . they reduced my salary 50%.

Why is this taking so **bleep** long this year. I've never had this problem before.  I should of gotten my taxes already and a stimulus check. This is bull . I want my money please

I used.jackson hewiitt they suck its been 12 weeks and still no taxe return and no $1200 check. Jackson hewitt when i call all they can. Say is i dont know where your taxes are . so when i call the I R S its tell me what was input by. Jackson hewitt is all wrong my ss #  is wrong my address is wrong everything is wrong i just came to the conclusion i am not going to get either check. I just chaked it up to a very pathic. company
