The IRS is generally backlogged, because many people who don't normally file returns are doing so this year because of the stimulus. Another user recently posted that the IRS told him the average time has been running 30-40 days.

I filed my taxes back in February and included was a Solar credit. I still have not received my refund. Did Turbo Tax have a mistake with their form that caused a delay?
