Are the 2020 refunds delayed? My 2020 return was accepted 2/13/21 but I haven't gotten my refund. I filed EITC and child tax. Is this causing delays?

The IRS is generally backlogged, because many people who don't normally file returns are doing so this year because of the stimulus.  Another user recently posted that the IRS told him the average time has been running 30-40 days.
