Amending my 2020 Tax Return Assistance Needed

I asked this back in March. We filed our Federal and State returns for 2020 back in March. Both accepted. Refund from Federal has been received. We paid the State and that was cashed.

After everything was accepted, we received corrected 1099's. I have tried to follow the details on amending a return. But when I go and click, Amend a return, it does not give me any option to choose my 2020 return. I get no option at all, other than starting all over.

I was told to wait as updates and changes are forthcoming, but even with the current updates as of today, I cannot amend. I even loaded up and updated 2019 and tried that and it also gave me no way to choose a return to amend.

What am I doing wrong?  I have the 2020 Turbotax CD installed on an IMac running Catalina.

It is now May.

You should be able to open your tax file and choose to amend.  You can fill this form out for someone to call you.
