Question about refund advance

It’s telling me it can’t find anything for me. Both federal & state have both been accepted and it’s like nothing can confirm it. I’m getting frustrated. Will NEVER use turbo tax again.

Just spoke with a turbo tax rep and she stated that you will need receive your advance until both your state and federal has been accepted and it should be available within an hour. The entire process was misleading smh.

I finally received my advance! Woohoo! I verified it via the website mentioned in this thread then also called the number mentioned. About 5 hours later I got the email. Best of luck to all. Please also read through others replies before repeating the same question 🙂

If it's a lie the turbo tax rep said it. Also itit may depend on the state you live in, I live in Georgia and the state does not start accepting until February 3rd

My was there yesterday.  It's a card problem

My Federal was excepted on Jan 13th. Recieved my and the next day.  My State ( ohio ) was accepted on the 23rd

It told me I was APPROVED for 250. Nothing said prequalified! Had I known that I’d have never tried! I’ll go elsewhere next year!

I paid 120 this year to you them. Never had to pay that much.
