Processing date after refund date

I have a refund date of 2/5/20 (tomorrow) but a processing date of 2/17/20 on my transcript. Why would they process after the refund?

Processing date after refund date

It is always best to visit Where’s My Refund? to track your refund. Your tax transcript will not help you determine the timing of your refund. Please see below for more information.

Is it true that ordering a transcript will tell me when my refund is coming?
