I would like to know what it means by sending my stuff and the mail what do I have to send back to get accepted I'm confused

No I already did efile and now its saying ready to mail . What is it mailing to me and what do I have to mail back ?

It may be possible you did not complete the e-filing process. Paying your TurboTax fees does not e-file your taxes. You would have had to click the "Transmit Button".

Check your e-file status, if there is no status showing then it was not e-filed.

Simply finish your tax return, select File in the left menu, and follow the instructions until you can select the Transmit my returns now button.

You must select that button to electronically send your return to the government.

Once you've done that, the next thing you should see is a Transmission Successful screen. This means your return is on its way to the government agency.

Your e-filed return will remain in pending status until the government either accepts or rejects it.
