Previous years not showing for amendment..

I've been using turbotax to file taxes for many years.  for some reason my 2021 and 2023 taxes are not showing in my account.  in my tax home under 2023 it even shows i used turbotax premium that year because it was the first time i had investment documents and couldn't free file.  I have the charge on my credit card showing I purchased it.  I need to amend my return because the software failed to let me know I was leaving money on the table from having children.  It wasn't until this year after a friend told me his accountant was getting him the money that I finally found out how to adjust my tax filings.  I'm already screwed because my child was born in 2021 and I can't amend that return.  I did 2022, but now I have to pay AGAIN in order to amend my 2023.  I can download the tax file from my online account, but it keeps saying I didn't file using turbotax.  I can't find any evidence I used the desktop version.  I only have 2021 and 2022 software on my computer (2022 they gave me for free to amend it).  I'm just at a loss as to how there can be no record of my filing or purchasing the turbotax premium.   even though it clearly shows it was what I used in 2023.

If you want to make changes or add a document to a tax return that has already been filed and accepted by the taxing agency, you should follow these guidelines. 

• You must first wait until the initial return is completely processed. 
• You will have to use the same TurboTax account that you used for the original tax return. 
• Once you begin your amendment, you'll see your original return.  
• The refund calculator will start new at $0 and only reflect the changes in the refund or tax due 
• Only make changes to the areas of your return that need to be corrected. 
• You have three years from the date you filed your return or two years after you paid the tax due (whichever is later) to file an amendment
