I made a Section 83(b) election earlier this year. Do I need to file a copy of form 83(b) with my tax returns?

I've read that this section of the tax code was revised in 2016, but I wasn't able to find anything about it on the IRS website.

If you timely made the Section 83(b) election by filing with the IRS, you're not required to attach a copy of the election to your income tax return.
