IRS has not debited my account yet. I setup for payment on 5/29/2020 from my checking account. What is the issue?

The IRS is backlogged and behind in many ways. It is entirely possible that your return has not been processed yet, so you will simply have to wait and watch your account for the payment to come out of your account. You filed and paid it before the deadline of July 15, 2020, so you are fine.
