Paying with Debit/Credit card or using Refund for fees.

I'm curious. A lot of you are saying you didn't receive all of your tax refund. Did you pay your tax bill or fees with your refund? I know I have always tried to pay directly with my credit/debit card if I owed anything. That is the only reason I can think this third party is getting involved if you are using your refund to pay the amount you may owe. Just curious. I haven't filed my taxes yet and I want to find out for sure if it is either option that this problem is occurring.

There are no known issues with receiving your refund when paying your TurboTax fees with your credit or debit card.
