Paying the IRS

I would like to file electronically and then pay the IRS via their website. I don't see that option in Turbo tax.

You will choose the option to pay by "check". That way, it'll let the IRS know that you will be paying on your own.

Actually, it does not let IRS know anything.

IRS always assumes you are going to pay.
