Path message gone now I try to check status nothing shows up

Okay so I have a question, I was accepted 1/13/2020, I had the path message on my WMR, that was lifted then it showed my refund was being processed... however now when I check it shows they can’t find my information... how is this possible I’m entering all the same information? Also when I look on sbtg it shows that they haven’t received my refund yet. My state(Michigan) has already been completed... I need answers please!!!

This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.
