If I did not file in 2021 and 2022 still trying to get W-2s but did file for 2023. Does that mean I will not get my refund even though it says it has been accepted I am aware excepted does not mean processed, but will the last two years affect the outcome?

Each year is separate. You should still get a 2023 refund.
